At KEIS, we believe every player has another level to reach. Our remote baseball training programs are built around the athlete, providing individualized, baseball-specific training based on each player’s needs, goals, and level. Athletes can choose from individualized pitching programs, strength programs, or a combined pitching and strength program. Programs can be tailored to any gym, baseball facility, home setup, or training environment based on the equipment available. Every athlete receives weekly check-ins, ongoing messaging access, program adjustments, and continuous support all delivered remotely.
Who We Work With
We work with baseball players from youth through college, providing training focused on pitching, strength, and overall performance. Training is fully remote, so athletes can work with KEIS from anywhere.
Meet Janzen
Janzen Keisel brings firsthand experience from collegiate and professional baseball, along with his ongoing studies in Kinesiology. He began his college career at BYU before transferring to play at Oklahoma State University. He also competed in summer ball in the Cape Cod League and was selected by the Tampa Bay Rays in the sixth round of the 2024 MLB Draft.
Throughout his career, Janzen has had the opportunity to work alongside experienced coaches, teammates, players, and training facilities. He brings those experiences into KEIS, with a focus on pitching development and strength training.
