Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of KEIS's control.

KEIS is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been shipped.
